How to use?

Getting started

1. Start with clean and dry face.

2. Slide TheraFace Mask protective goggles into the mask through protrusions near nose. Using goggles is optional. Using goggles may reduce eye strain from light. If you choose not to use goggles keep eyes closed during treatment. Do not look into LED lights during treatment. *Unusual use of TheraFace Mask goggles may cause redness around eyes. Mild redness is normal and should subside within 5–10 minutes after use.

3. Place device on face and adjust Velcro straps to fit as desired.

4. To turn on device press and hold LED button (G) to turn on LED light + vibration or vibration button (H) to enable vibration only.

5. Press briefly vibration button (H) or LED button to toggle vibration modes (continuous, breathing, wave).

LED therapy

TheraFace Mask offers three LED light therapy options:Red, Red + Infrared, Blue. Press and hold LED button (G) to activate LED light and vibration. This turns on multicolor LEDs around face eight vibration motors near eyes nine vibration motors on top and back of head. Vibration therapy accompanies red red + infrared light treatments on face and head. Blue light treatment includes vibration therapy on head only.

When device is turned on it starts automatic Red Light + vibration treatment which guides you through scientifically supported treatment passing through Red (3 min) Red + Infrared (3 min) Blue (3 min) light therapy combined with vibration patterns for total 9-minutes treatment.
