You have the opportunity to return goods purchased from us within 14 days, without a valid reason.

The goods you wish to return must not be in a damaged commercial condition or used, and for products with single-use packages - they must not be unsealed.

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

The procedure for refunding the purchase price takes up to 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.

What are the steps:

1. Fill out the product return form here

2. Once we have processed your form, you will receive a waybill number to ship the product to us.

3. After the goods arrive back at our warehouse, our employee will carry out an inspection of the returned goods.

4. If the returned product meets all the return requirements, we will refund the purchase price via Easypay, less the shipping costs of returning it to us.
