Place your device
1. Find a comfortable sitting or standing position.
2. To apply the RecoveryTherm Hot Vibration Back & Core, wrap the garment around your lower back. Position the shell so that the control unit is on the right side of your body, facing out.
3. Hold the left and right sides of the tape in both hands, adjust to make sure they are approximately the same distance apart.
4. Place the left side band over your navel and the right band on top. Secure in place using the Velcro strip. Clothing should feel snug but not too tight. The control module should rest between the center of your body and your right thigh.
Usage
1. Insert the battery into the control panel. There is only one correct position to place the battery in the battery dock. Do not force the battery into place. The Therabody logo should face outwards when inserted.
2. Press and hold the power button for two seconds.
3. RecoveryTherm Hot Vibration Back & Core delivers heat to the front and back of your core for a personalized 360-degree heat therapy treatment. Briefly press the heat buttons to toggle between the three front and back heat settings.
4. Add vibration therapy to your back treatment by pressing the vibration button. Switch between the three vibration modes (low intensity, high intensity and wave) with a short press of the vibration button.
5. The treatment will last about 20 minutes. Turn the garment back on if you want to repeat the treatment.
