Training Cord

Training Cords are a practical and versatile tool for your training.

Work both the lower and upper parts of the body, with a wide variety of exercises to target the muscle groups that interest you most.

For both individual and group use in a studio. It can be incorporated into Pilates, rehabilitation, functional training or fitness programs.

Very easy to store and transport, making them ideal to have at home or even take on a trip and have everything you need to continue doing your training routines wherever you go.

Resistance levels:

It offers 3 levels of resistance that you can control through the 2 wheels that each of the Training Cords has (one on each side). These spinners have two positions: 1: downwards and 2: towards one of the sides. The levels correspond to different weights: 2.5 kg, 5 kg and 7.5 kg.

Level 1: both spinners in position 1 (down)

Level 2: One roulette in position 1 and the other in position 2 (to the right or to the left, depending on which side you are on)

Level 3: Both spinners in position 2 (left and right)
