On average, PowerDot pad adhesive lasts about 20-25 applications, but actual life may vary.

Make sure the electrode pads are always sticky and clean. Replace the pads when they no longer stick to your skin, if there is dirt on the sticky side, or when you start to experience mild tingling during stimulation.

For optimal performance of the PowerDot, we recommend cleaning the skin before use with an alcohol or saline wipe. Apply the pads to clean, dry skin, making sure to wipe away sweat or natural skin oils.

To extend the life of your pads, we recommend regularly cleaning the sticky side with antiseptic alcohol wipes to remove hair and grease. Attach the pads to the protective film when not in use.
